All content included on this platform, including but not limited to photographs, portfolios, composite cards (comp cards), digitals, videos, texts, graphics, logos, and digital downloads, is the exclusive property of Global Model Agency, its represented talents, or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

The unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any images or materials from this website is strictly prohibited. Clients and casting directors downloading comp cards or portfolio materials are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license strictly for internal casting and booking evaluation purposes. Any usage of talent images for public commercial campaigns requires a separate, explicit licensing agreement and booking contract.

2. Image Rights & Talent Representation

Global Model Agency acts as the sole authorized representative for the talents listed on this platform. The agency holds the exclusive right to negotiate and authorize the commercial exploitation of the talents' names, images, likenesses, and endorsements. Unauthorized scraping, data mining, or artificial intelligence (AI) training utilizing the images hosted on this platform is a direct violation of our intellectual property rights and the personal rights of our talents.

3. Compliance: Republic of Korea Regulations & Visas

In compliance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, Global Model Agency is formally registered as an Entertainment Management Company (대중문화예술기획업). All international talents represented for domestic commercial activities possess the required legal work authorization, including the E-6-1 (Arts and Entertainment) Visa, where applicable. We stringently monitor and enforce compliance regarding visa validity, working conditions, and standard exclusive contracts (표준전속계약서) as stipulated by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

4. Privacy Policy & GDPR Compliance

We respect the privacy of our website visitors, clients, and talent applicants. Personal data submitted through our casting or scouting forms (including names, contact information, physical measurements, and photographs) is processed securely and retained solely for the purpose of talent evaluation and agency representation. We comply fully with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of Korea.

Submitted scouting materials from unsuccessful applicants will be permanently deleted from our servers within 14 days of review to ensure data minimization. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data at any time by contacting our legal department.
